Hello!

Time to dust off your honky tonk boots and join your fellow Exchange Network partners in Music City U.S.A. (aka Nashville, Tennessee) from April 29 - May 1, 2008 for the annual Exchange Network National Meeting! As in past years, this will be a terrific opportunity for Network partners to come together to share their past experiences and learn what lies ahead for the Exchange Network. This year we’ll continue to emphasize all of the great work happening around data exchanges in the realms of Air, Water, and Waste and we’re also planning to feature some sessions on opportunities for the Network to support the exchange of data on greenhouse gas emissions.

Visit the meeting webpage at http://www.exchangenetwork.net/2008Meeting to view a working draft agenda and get the latest details on registration and lodging. This year’s meeting will be held at the Sheraton Nashville Downtown. The website contains some important travel information as well as links to the meeting hotel. To receive the discounted meeting rate of $134 per night, you must make a room reservation by April 7, 2008.

As we work to finalize the meeting agenda, we welcome your ideas and encourage you to consider leading a presentation or discussion topic. If you have an interest in sharing an idea or project with the wider Exchange Network community, please send an email to kurtr@sso.org.

Also, please circulate this information among others in your organization that might be interested and encourage them to sign up for Exchange Network email alerts at http://www.exchangenetwork.net/mailing_list. We want to continue our track record of attracting a large crowd with diverse backgrounds and new ideas that will help the Exchange Network realize its full potential!

Hope to see you in Nashville!
