ECOS Releases RFP for E-Enterprise and Exchange Network Strategic Communications Support

On behalf of the E-Enterprise for the Environment Leadership Council and the Exchange Network Leadership Council, the Environmental Council of States (ECOS) is seeking a bidder or group of bidders to provide services in support of communications objectives related to E-Enterprise for the Environment and the Exchange Network. The Request for Proposal and supporting documents are available at https://www.exchangenetwork.net/e-enterprise/.

Proposals are due to ECOS by 5:00pm ET on Thursday, February 5, 2015.
