U.S. EPA’s Central Data Exchange (CDX) has implemented a new set of email addresses that should resolve the issue affecting the delivery of emails to Google‑hosted email addresses from CDX and Shared CROMERR Services (SCS).
The email addresses for the CDX Help Desk and the SCS Help Desk will be changing to epa.gov email addresses. This will resolve the Google-hosted email issue and also ensure compliance with the M-23-10 DOTGOV Online Trust in Government Act of 2020. The prior CDX and SCS Help Desk email addresses will continue to be supported for the near future; however, users should update address books now to reflect the new address, so you do not experience any difficulties getting assistance. These changes went into effect on Monday, June 22, 2026.
