Co-Chaired by Chuck Freeman, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and Chris Morrell, Delaware Department of Natural Resources and Environmental Control, the IPT adopted its Charter on September 27, 2012.
The Virtual Node IPT adopted its Charter on August 28, 2012. This IPT is Co-Chaired by NOB leaders Connie Dwyer, U.S. Environmental Protection Agency, and Roy Walker, Oklahoma Department of Environmental Quality. The Virtual Node IPT will define the requirements and policy implications for a cloud-based, centrally managed, Exchange Network Node.
